Simply delightful
We serve newly interpreted brewery cuisine with a selection of craft beers brewed on site. Our dishes are imaginative – yet down-to-earth. And we place top priority on regionally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Check out our menu and discover the latest delicacies created by our skilled chefs from carefully selected local ingredients.
Pure passion
Tap a fresh barrel? No problem! Our brew master Thorsten Schoppe makes beer from hops, malt and water – nothing else. No heat treatment, no filtration, no frills. This artisanal brewing process preserves everything that is good about beer and makes it much more aromatic. What's more, beer always tastes best when it's tapped fresh from the keg.
Absolutely wonderful
Our historic beer garden is a perfect place to chill out. In the sun or under a shade tree, with freshly-brewed craft beer and grilled food, simply kick back and let your body and soul unwind – while you enjoy a bird's eye view of the action around Senefelder Platz.
